1. Program Description
By subscribing to our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Assist Virtual Partners regarding services, promotions, and updates.

• Message Frequency: Up to 4 messages per month

• Message & Data Rates: May apply depending on your carrier

2. Opt-In and Opt-Out

• Opt-In: You must affirmatively check the opt-in box on our form to begin receiving SMS messages.

• Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

• After opting out, you may continue to receive service-related notices if you are an active client.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• You must provide your own mobile number.

• By subscribing, you confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided.

4. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to operate the SMS program:

• First name

• Last name

• Email

• Phone number

This data may be processed through our CRM (HubSpot) and SMS delivery partner (Salesmsg).
Important: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• SMS delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier or technical issues.

• We are not liable for delays, undelivered messages, or resulting damages.

• Our liability is limited to resending the affected message where possible.

6. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the changes.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed under the laws of the United States.
